Accepted Methods of Payment. We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also accept corporate and personal checks (with a 10-day hold for the check to clear).
Shipping Time. The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location and the particular time of year. Customers should expect a 7-21 day delivery time for non-custom orders. For large or custom orders, please expect a shipping time of 1 – 4 weeks.
Shipping Methods. Merchandise will be shipped using Ground Service where possible. In addition, some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to customers.
Damaged Shipments. Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.
Manufacturers Defects. If a product appears to have a manufacture’s defect, email our Customer Service department at
customerservice@ezuniforms.com for instructions. Do not return products to us without first contacting us to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned to us due to manufacturers defect, you must first receive a Return Authorization Number. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package.
Order Cancelation Policy. To cancel an order, email the invoice number to
customerservice@ezuniforms.com (with "CANCEL" in the subject field). Orders cancelled by 10:00 p.m. EST on the same day the order was placed will not incur a cancellation fee. Orders cancelled after 10:00 p.m. EST of the day the order was placed will incur a 15% cancellation fee. The cancellation fee applies to the goods on the order. Refunds for the goods on cancelled orders will be issued, less the 15% cancellation fee if applicable, via PayPal. Shipping and handling will be refunded at 100% of the shipping and handling amount paid on the invoice.
Exchange Policy. Exchanges for color and size for unwashed, unworn items in their original packaging are accepted up to 15 days from the ship date. Custom or altered items cannot be exchanged. To exchange items for a different size or color, email the invoice number, the items you are returning and the items you would like to exchange for to
customerservice@ezuniforms.com (with "EXCHANGE" in the subject field). You will be issued 1) a mailing address for the exchange, 2) a return authorization number which will need to be clearly written on the package of unwashed, unworn items and 3) a PayPal invoice for the shipping and handling fees to ship the new items you have selected for the exchange. Your shipping cost to return items for exchange will not be refunded and you will be charged a shipping and handling fee to ship the new items to you.
Return Merchandise Policy. Permission to return merchandise must be secured from our returns department. You have 30 days from the ship date to return items and receive refunds. Custom or altered items cannot be returned. You must email the refund request to
customerservice@ezuniforms.com (with "RETURN" in the subject field), at which time the return authorization number (RA#) with return instructions will be sent to you. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package. Products being returned must have a RA# issued before returned. A 35% restocking fee will be deducted from the total amount of goods included in the return. Your shipping cost to return items will not be refunded.
If you are returning items, the items must be returned with the following:
- All original contents (unwashed and unworn).
- Original packaging.
- Original invoice or receipt.
If you received a different product than initially purchased, follow the instructions above to obtain a return authorization number. Upon the receipt of the returned items (unwashed, unworn, in original packaging) OR upon receipt of the tracking number for the return package emailed to customerservice@ezuniforms.com, a refund of the shipping and handling paid on the invoice will be issued to you 1) electronically via a PayPal refund or 2) by postal mail to the shipping address on the original invoice. If no shipping and handling was paid on the original invoice, the amount of the return postage refund will be based on the most efficient method and packaging size for the items being returned, not to exceed $10.95. Delivery confirmation charges will not be refunded.
Once a return is authorized by our return department you should:
- Return the item to the address given to you by our return department.
- Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the box or package.
- Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We cannot be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department.
We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us. We do not reimburse delivery confirmation fees.
